Return Policy

At Royal Enhancement Beauty Inc., we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and fair return process. Please review the following policy before making a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items, promotional event sale items, and any product specifically marked as Final Sale.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If an order with free shipping is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be return or exchanged (unless defective):

  • Unsealed haircare and skincare products including bottles, jars, sprays, pumps, and tubes that are not sealed.
  • Extensions and braiding hair.
  • Half-pack hair products
  • Items without hygienic seals.
  • Manufacturer defects are an exception -- defective products may be returned or exchanged with approval.

Missing Items in the Delivered Package

If there is a missing item(s) in your delivered package, it must be reported immediately upon opening the box, without removing any items. Please include a clear photo showing both the contents and the packaging, including whether the box has been damaged or not. We only accept missing item refunds or reshipments on the date the package was delivered.

How to Request a return

        -Provide your order number.

        -State the reason for the return.

        -Attach clear photos if the product is defective.

  • We will respond within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST, excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Do not send back items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

Cancellation Procedure 

If you need to cancel an order, please:

⚠️ Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Please Note

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved. 
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • We do not provide return labels unless the product was damaged, missing from the package or defective.
  • Royal Enhancement Beauty Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions started above.
