Shipping Policy

1. $8 Flat Rate for under $100 orders. 

2. Free Shipping for All orders $100+ 

3. We do not ship to outside of Canada.

4. We do not provide local pick up service.

5. Shipping cost will be presented automatically, during checking out.

6. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.

7. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days*. (If order couldn't ship out within 3 business days, we will notify the customers.)

8. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the merchandise is shipped.

9. All order is delivered by Canada Post within 1-7 business days after the merchandise is shipped.

10. Cancellation has to be done before shipping. Otherwise, cancellation request will be processed based on return policy.

11. There will be extra shipping charge if package has been returned to us by Customer's mistakes.  *eg. Incorrect information of address, recipient.

12. Original Shipping cost isn't returnable for orders which has been shipped out or returned by Customer's mistakes. *eg. Incorrect information of address, recipient.

13. Due to difficulties of air delivery, we will not be offering delivery service for following provinces.   - Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut -

14. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, or for lost packages after delivery has been made.
