All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
Promotional prices will clearly state a start and end date. These are temporary offers and not indicative of permanent markdowns. Products marked with ongoing lower pricing without a promotional context are not permitted.

5. Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only except for following provinces. - Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut -
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please allow for potential delays during peak periods or holidays.
We are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or shipping disruptions beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
A. Standard Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
B. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Hair extensions
- Opened cosmetics
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
